  • Copies definitely printed from the same setting of type found with at least three typographically distinct covers: (1) front cover with linocut illustration and publisher name and address (Bright Street); back cover with book list of 24 titles, and colophon "Printed by All Star Printers 19 Emodi Street, Onitsha." (2) less tightly trimmed; front cover with the same linocut illustration, and epigraph "The life of an adventurer seems tough and funny"; back cover with book list of 26 titles (adding "Awolowo and Akintola in political battle" and "Dr Chike Obi's world Ph.D. mathematician (in print)"), with Bright Street address, and colophon "Printed by Mbewu & Sons Press, Ntweke--Orlu." (A slightly later printing of this same list, with Maxwell's Venn Road address, is found on the back cover of the Brown University copy of Maxwell's "Forget me not"). (3) [seen as facsimile of the front cover only, in Life turns man up and down (2001)] front cover with a photographic illustration either based on or the model for the linocut, with the epigraph
