It's not only fun, energetic and technical, but it gives you information on Jazz dance history. It encompasses different styles and genres of Jazz and shows you how to apply the same principles to each. She begins with an easy warm-up to stretch the dancer's muscles while connecting them to their centers and introducing isolations for the routines.
